On arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Our company representative (driver – guide) will pick you from the airport and transfer you to Kampala for overnight in Kampala.
Our driver/guide will pick you from the hotel early morning then start your drive to Murchison falls national park with a stopover in Masindi for lunch.
Murchison Falls National Park covers 3,840-sq km and has recorded 76 mammal species and 450 bird species. Arrive in the park then drive to the Top of the Falls for a breathtaking sight of the raging Nile.
Transfer to your Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Start the day with an early morning game drive in search of those animals like giraffes, antelopes, lions, elephants, and the Uganda Kobs, water bunks etc.
During your game drive you will also enjoy the birdlife which is also impressive, with the eagle and the rare shoebill being among the prized sightings.
After lunch, you will go for a launch cruise on the Nile River. The cruise takes you to the bottom of the thundering falls where you will see huge crocodiles, buffaloes, hippos, elephants and a variety of water birds.
You’ll enjoy early breakfast, after drive from Murchison Falls National park southwest via the Albertine Escarpment of the western rift valley. Drive through Hoima the town of the Bunyoro Kingdom, tea plantations, and traditional homesteads to enjoy on your way. You will arrive in Fort Portal in the evening and spend a night in Fort Portal.
Dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge / Ndali Lodge
Early morning you’ll go for chimpanzee trek in Kibale National Park. Meeting also the community and enjoying a traditional meal prepared by one of the families in the local community. The afternoon will take you through the Bigodi village, visiting the local homesteads and getting to know their way of life, then back to the previous lodge.
Dinner and overnight stay at Primate Lodge/ Ndali Lodge.
Visit the Semliki National Park, it has fantastic scenery, hot springs, forest walk, amazing birdlife, primates viewing and Semliki River meanders. At Mungu Ni Mukubwa while in the mountains, the road offers scenic views of the meandering river, fuming hot springs, and tropical rainforest.
Visit the Bambuti (pygmy) community. Have a picnic lunch at the Sempaya hot springs.
After lunch drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain range for much of the journey.
Dinner and overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge / Kazinga Wilderness Camp/ Ihamba Lodge?
Before the sun rise drive to Kyambura Gorge for a chimpanzee trek. Your guided walk may last three to five hours and in addition to seeing the chimps, the trip may yield sightings of the colobus monkeys, baboons, vervet monkeys, red-tailed and other primates. It is important to note that the chimpanzee safari is subject to the availability of permits and good weather because occasional flooding can make the trails impassable and hard.
Return to the lodge for lunch and take an afternoon Launch cruise on Kazinga Channel. Kazinga Channel joins Lakes Edward and George. During the cruise expect to enjoy wonderful hippos, buffalos, kobs, and the occasional Nile crocodiles and a spectacular bird watching on the riverbank. The launch cruise is considered as the highlight of their entire African safari, in other words it is a fun adventure experience.
Return for dinner and overnight stay at the Mweya Safari Lodge / Kizinga Wilderness Camp/ Ihamba Lodge.
Have a very early breakfast and then go for a morning game drive to catch up with the early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. You will most likely meet grazing Hippos, Elephants, and Lions, spotted Hyenas, bushbucks, waterbucks, stripped jackals, warthogs, and the leopard.
Drive further along the deep and wide dry craters that are occupied by savanna grass and acacia trees. Lunch break then take on yet another game drive in search of tree climbing lions.
Dinner and overnight stay at Ishasha Wilderness Camp / Kazinga Wilderness Camp/ Ntungwe River Lodge.
Early morning after breakfast proceed to Bwindi where you will arrive in time for a late lunch. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to rare mountain gorillas. Apart from gorillas, there is a wide variety of primates to see including the blue and red-tailed monkeys. The forest itself it is green and there are streams running through it.
Dinner and overnight stay at Silverback Lodge / Chameleon Hill Lodge/ Nkuringo Safari Lodge.
After breakfast, set off early with guides to track the gorillas. The thrill of your encounter will erase the difficulties of the potentially strenuous trek.
Each encounter is different and has its own rewards, but you are likely to enjoy the close view of adults feeding and grooming
Bring jungle boots and rain jackets because the park is often wet. Spend time in watching the gorillas go about their activities.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is so ancient that survived the last ice age. A recently proclaimed World Heritage site, it’s one of the most biologically diverse areas on earth and its unique, precious flora sustains roughly half of the world population of mountain gorillas believed to number just 600. There is also a substantial chimpanzee population and research shows that Bwindi is the only forest in Africa in which these two apes live together.
Return for dinner and overnight at Silverback Lodge / Chameleon Hill lodge/ Nkuringo Safari Lodge.
After an early breakfast transfer to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale. Lunch break then take on an afternoon boat ride to some of the islands on the lake.

Leave for Nshenyi village via Ntungamo. A fascinating route takes you through the hidden beauty of the Ankole kingdom. Lunch on route. Experience a peaceful traditional way of living in the countryside.
Overnight at Nshenyi Village.
Early morning go to the field, participate in milking the adorable long-horned Ankole cattle. Return for breakfast. Take a walk to Bahima village. A chance to explore the local villages, learn the skill of setting out cows to graze (Okusetura) or climb the surrounding hills. Evening, enjoy the traditional dancing, bask under the moonlight and let the African rhythms refresh your mind.
